In 2023, Taiwan On was founded by Preston and Todd Fowler, two visionaries with a passion for delivering authentic bubble tea and quality maki rolls to our city.

Shortly thereafter, they welcomed Richard Nguru, the founder of Yuimaru, into the fold.

Together, their mission was clear: to introduce the city to an unparalleled dining experience that combined the finest bubble tea with exceptional sushi rolls.
